Workplace wellbeing tailored to you
Independence
Experience tells us that employees will be more honest about the current state of play if they are talking to an independent consultant rather than a leader of the organisation.
We are also not held back by perceived repercussions when replaying to you the voice of your staff.
Experience, expertise and best practice
Value for money
Flexibility
Access to resources
We have a range of of-the-shelf education programmes and other resources ready to roll. In all likelyhood an in-house wellbeing manager would have to outsource this, so remove that necessity and reap the benefit.
Our thought leadership articles have been published in The Scotsman, Workplaceinsight.net, Everywoman, HR Director, CityAM.com and our own professional body, The National Counsellng Society.
- Education on areas such as stress reduction and management, resilience building and psychological safety.
- Coaching leadership and managers in meaningful conversation about mental health.
- Supporting leadership and staff through transition to remote and hybrid working.
- Individual professional coaching and talent management.
- Drop in wellbeing sessions on specific topics of concern
- Providing blogs, vlogs and thought leadership articles for your own wellbeing pages
How does it work?
First we understand the problems you are facing or trying to prevent. We source feedback and understand the extent and source of the problems, then design a solution that tackles the core issues and importantly fits your budget.
We provide a proposal that shows how we will deliver your programme and how many days per month it will take to do so.
Typically you will sign up for a minimum of 6 months to receive our preferential rates and should you want a one off piece of work to try us out, we can accommodate this too.
